“I had a new completely new system installed the trance system on May 19 The installer miss measured and could not get the furnace into the area where it needs to go very late in the day and then he had to start all over and cut that back down. I was traveling. That evening. I left my house sitter was here and informed me that the AC was working. When I got back on June 1, I realize the humidity in the house was at 66%. A tech came out and adjusted the fan speed, but I walked into where the furnace is today and there’s cold air blowing out from two different sources so I’m air-conditioning and outside storage shed. God knows what my utility bill will be what it’s gonna be since June 1 since that’s been running. So the tech apparently didn’t even notice that on June 2 or third when he came out and I tried calling I thought you had an emergency number, but I just got a recorded musical tone and no one picks up. So I don’t know whether it was the installer was just rushed at the end of the day but it’s now been over two weeks with air cold air blowing out a different sources near the furnace. No wonder the humidity in my house is still over 50% and it has not dropped below that. It’s pretty bad incompetence I would say between the installer and the tech that didn’t notice the massive amount of cold air and that the system is not properly sealed that’s pretty shabby for almost $14,000 System and I’ve been a customer of yours for years. I’ve had a maintenance plan with you for years. I’ve recommended you to my friends.”
