“So, unfortunately my A/C unit needed to be replaced..(I KNEW it was coming, the unit was about 14 yrs old) I have renters in the house so when the tech gave us the news about needing the new AC, he immediately offered a temporary fix so they would not be without air-conditioning! Crystal Air worked us into their schedule and was able to install the new unit the following WEEK! They did an awesome job, my renters called me to complement the technician and the whole process. The house is cool again and they have noticed the air quality improvement with the addition of the air treatment unit.
My fiancé also has rental property and has always used Chrystal Air and has never been disappointed!!
In this day and age it’s great to see that some companies still put their customers service first !!!
