“Bought a mini split air conditioner 2 years ago it was having issues not cooling properly.Called the only company I have bought and done business with for over 32 years 3 new Trane a/c and this two year old mini split .I understand the first service call charge but to incur a service charge all 4 times because of different technician couldn’t figure it out is beyond me .$180 per call but parts are free because of warranty.But ur technician took 4 times to come out to diagnosis charging every time .Still not sure it’s working properly.Your techs aren’t the issue as they were polite.But no able to find x something I bought from you absolutely sucks.I am contemplating on post this also on social media as I feel I got a big 🖕for being a loyal customer.”
