“Lance thank you for explaining in detail the various system models. It made the process of selecting the correct system for my house size easier. I would like to give a shout out to the hard working installer team leader Richard and his team members Francisco and Jude for installing a new Trane XV20 HP/AHU System. I would like to also recognize Keith for trouble shooting the issues with the system and going the extra mile to get the system up and running again and providing my family a warm home on a very cold night.
