HVAC Install Sales Coordinator
We’re looking for a dedicated, organized, detail-oriented people person to join our team! Crystal Air & Water is a heating and air conditioning company located in Gainesville, Fl. Position Hours: Monday – Friday: 7:30am-4:30pm / 8:00am-5:00pm
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Coordinating and scheduling HVAC estimates, sales leads, and installations
- Assisting residential & construction sales associates
- Following-up on installation collections
- Applying for permits, scheduling inspections & registering equipment for warranty
- Issuing, tracking, and maintaining purchase orders for materials and equipment
- Functioning as 2nd dispatch
- Scheduling service calls & maintaining customer account information in Service Titan & Quickbooks
