HVAC Install Sales Coordinator

We’re looking for a dedicated, organized, detail-oriented people person to join our team! Crystal Air & Water is a heating and air conditioning company located in Gainesville, Fl. Position Hours: Monday – Friday: 7:30am-4:30pm / 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Coordinating and scheduling HVAC estimates, sales leads, and installations
  • Assisting residential & construction sales associates
  • Following-up on installation collections
  • Applying for permits, scheduling inspections & registering equipment for warranty
  • Issuing, tracking, and maintaining purchase orders for materials and equipment
  • Functioning as 2nd dispatch
  • Scheduling service calls & maintaining customer account information in Service Titan & Quickbooks

  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Have experience answering multiple phones and staying organized
  • Have a great ability to multitask and time manage
  • Have an ability to communicate effectively via phone, face-to-face, and email to make our customers happy.
  • Have superior attention to detail
