Required Qualifications

  • Proven customer service skills
  • Ability to answer multi-line phones
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Organization skills
  • Attention to detail


  • Coordinate & schedule HVAC estimates, sales leads, and installations
  • Follow up on installation collections
  • Apply for permits, schedule inspections & register equipment for warranty
  • Complete & maintain customer folders for all installs (Residential, Commercial & New Construction)
  • Issue, track and maintain purchase orders for materials & equipment
  • Function as 2nd dispatch
  • Schedule service calls & maintain customer account information in Service Titan & Quick Books
  • Other office duties as assigned
